Shipping policy

Please allow up to 5 business days for parts and up to 14 for sheet metal orders to be processed. Expect an email by the next business day to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP - Shop 3/80 Archer Street Woodford, QLD 4514.
Orders can be picked up daily, from 9am. An email or text message will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped via Australia post, delivery standard is 2-8 days with the exception of stock for sheet metal panels, if we need to make the panel, please allow up to 14 days business for the item to be shipped. 

Standard shipping free on most products, you will be contacted regarding shipping of panels requiring additional information and any potential costs involved. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at Gassedupgarage@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
